WATCH RESIST DRAWN

For this project, Fite’s artistic strategy is two-pronged, utilizing both songs and drawings to cut to the heart of the issue of police violence and systematized racism. The final product could be described as time-lapse-hardcore-illustration. RESIST’s nine highly aggressive, in-your-face, rapid-fire, scream-ridden, sample-based tunes are each intensified with a time-lapse video of Fite drawing like a bat out of hell. Wielding ink like a weapon, Fite matches the intensity of his lyrical delivery with slashing, splattering, dripping, and scrawling.
